PerFect – Anti-parasitic drops for dogs 1,6ml (10–20kg)

Composition
Each 1 ml of the preparation contains active substances:
Fipronil – 100.0 mg; Alpha-cypermethrin – 1.0 mg.
Excipients: Dimethyl sulfoxide, benzyl benzoate, polysorbate-80, butylated hydroxytoluene, butylated hydroxyanisole, isopropyl alcohol.

Use
Prophylaxis and treatment of ectoparasitic infestations in dogs:
• Fleas (Ctenocephalides spp., Pulex irritans)
• Lice (Linognathus setosus)
• Biting lice (Trichodectes canis, Felicola subrostratus)
• Three mosquito genera: Aedes, Culex, and Anopheles
• Ixodid ticks (Ixodes spp., Dermacentor spp., Haemaphysalis spp., Rhipicephalus spp., Boophilus calcaratus) – in adult, nymph, and larval stages
• Acariform mites (Otodectes cynotis, Notoedres cati, Sarcoptes canis, Cheyletiella spp.)
• Trombidiform mites (Demodex canis)
Dosage
Administered once to adult dogs and puppies over 10 weeks of age and weighing more than 2 kg.
Apply to dry, intact skin between the shoulder blades. For Otodectes cynotis infestation, apply to the skin of the ear flap.
To apply the preparation, break the pipette tip, part the fur between the shoulder blades to expose the skin, place the pipette tip on the skin, and squeeze several times to empty the contents.
Dosage:
• Dogs weighing 2–10 kg – 1 pipette of 0.8 ml
• Dogs weighing 10–20 kg – 1 pipette of 1.6 ml
• Dogs weighing 20–40 kg – 3 pipettes of 0.8 ml
• Dogs over 40 kg – 2 pipettes of 1.6 ml

To prevent reinfestation with ectoparasites, bedding and resting areas should be periodically replaced or treated with insecticidal agents.
In case of infestation with ixodid ticks, apply 1 drop directly on the tick and the attachment site. If the tick does not detach within 20 minutes, remove it carefully with tweezers.
For treatment of Sarcoptic mange and demodicosis in dogs, apply 2–4 times at 7–10 day intervals; for prophylaxis – once a month.
Treatment is recommended to be carried out in combination with etiological, pathogenetic, and symptomatic agents.
One dose is sufficient to protect the animal from fleas for 6 weeks and from ticks for 3–4 weeks.
During treatment, avoid contact of the preparation with the animal’s eyes and prevent licking.
Contraindications
Do not use in puppies under 10 weeks or weighing less than 2 kg.
Do not use in sick, emaciated, or weakened animals.
Do not use in other animal species, especially rabbits, due to the risk of adverse reactions that may lead to death.
Do not use in pregnant or lactating animals.
Hypersensitivity to any component of the preparation.
